Although working with technology can be thrilling, fast-paced, and fulfilling, it can also make it difficult to distinguish between work and personal life. Burnout is frequently caused by the pressure to fulfill deadlines, pick up new skills, and stay current with trends. The good news? You may be successful in technology without compromising your health.
Set Clear Boundaries
Decide when your workday ends and stick to it. Steer clear of late-night coding or email checks unless absolutely required. Keeping your personal time safe helps you stay motivated and focused.
